Ubisoft Forward saw a number of new announcements, including Assassin’s Creed Mirage, new Assassin Creed mobile games, Mario + Rabbids: Sparks of Hope getting Rayman DLC, Trackmania heading to consoles, Just Dance 2023 getting online multiplayer, and updates to a number of titles (Riders Republic, The Crew 2, Brawlhalla).
Xbox and Twitch will be hosting an indie games showcase this week on Wednesday, September 14th from 10 am PT / 1 pm ET / 6 pm BST. The showcase will feature updates for Metal: Hellsinger, You Suck at Parking, and more.
Crystal Dynamics and Eidos Montreal have officially taken control of the Tomb Raider, Legacy of Kain, and Deus Ex franchises from their previous owner Square Enix.
A Pokémon Scarlet & Violet Switch OLED model has been revealed alongside a new gameplay trailer. The Legendary Pokémon Koraidon and Miraidon are featured on the glossy front side of the white system’s dock, and a design inspired by the series’ iconic Poké Ball is featured on the back.
Microsoft are reportedly refunding players who had pre-ordered Stalker 2: Heart of Chornobyl as the game’s release has been postponed to an “unconfirmed date in the future.” Developed by Ukrainian studio GSC Game World, the studio has partially been working from the Czech Republic as well as Ukraine, where their lives have been affected by the war.
The Tokyo Game Show is nearly upon us, with the event returning to an in-person show while still presenting a virtual one and a packed schedule of live-streamed showcases. A massive number of publishers, developers, and other organizations plan to be involved including Microsoft, Capcom, Bandai Namco, 505 Games, Square Enix, Sega, Konami, and more.

The Wandering Village

You Suck At Parking
You Suck At Parking is the only racing game where your goal is to stop where driving skills aren’t as important as your parallel parking skills. Race against the clock to yank your handbrake in over 100 wild levels with ever-increasing difficulty.

Despot’s Game
Guide puny humans through Despot’s Game—a rogue-like tactics army battler. Equip your team and sacrifice them through procedural dungeons as you fight enemies and other players.
Coming to PC, PlayStation, Xbox, and Switch on September 15th.
Metal: Hellsinger
Metal: Hellsinger is a rhythm FPS, where your ability to shoot on the beat will enhance your gameplay experience. The more in sync you are with the rhythm, the more intense the music will become and the more destruction you will cause. Set out on an infernal journey in order to achieve the purest of goals: Vengeance.
